Friday
Haymarket Squares 5:50 pm – Armed with tight vocal harmonies, bluegrass instruments and a heaping dose of righteous anger, The Haymarket Squares are Arizona’s premier punkgrass trio. Known for long sets and short songs, a typical Haymarket Squares show features ecstatic dancing, blindingly fast mandolin, and broad smiles.

Tramps and Thieves 7:50 pm – This Tempe staple and Creamy favorite is the perfect blend of classic rock, country and acoustic folk. The inspired lyrics and songcraft are matched only by the energetic sets that have garnered them a widespread reputation as one of Arizona’s native gems.

Saturday
What’s Left 2:50 pm – This a four piece rock/indie outfit is the product of their influences with a diverse range from Rock to Reggae to Irish to Alt-Country. Their songs come to life on stage, drawing energy from the crowd and each other to make each show a unique experience.

Sunorus 5:50 pm – Staples of the Phoenix art scene, the bohemian beat masters of Sonorous have their own unique, experimental, bass-driven, funk-infused sound. “A neo-traditional jazz outfit that’s all about the bass line – and anything else that fits around it.”

Joy World Entertainment 7:50 –This group of five Tempe AZ musicians that is focused on providing music that tends to float in and out of several genres including Rock, Jam, Funk and Jazz! Joy World Entertainment Co. is always trying to top each show with a new and different experience each time out.

Sunday
Sister Cities 3:20 pm These Phoenix-based indie rockers have been winning over crowds at their electric live shows over two years, hooking in fans with their irresistibly catchy tunes, soaring vocals and garage-rock leanings.

Los Guys 5:20 pm – These guys have been making their own signature brand of rock and roll, wowing audiences with vibrant lives shows and serving up a sweet soundtrack to many a memorable night out. Led by singer/guitarist Mark Zubia, the five-piece group has become one of the most beloved roots music outfits in Arizona.

Now they’re back from tour and you can catch them at one of the original Tempe rock venues, along with other Creamy favorites Los Guys and Strange Young Things. If you’ve never had Mill Avenue Cowboys this is your chance to get the re-release before they’re gone. Never a cover, always a good time at the Yucca.
